Shipping Policy

Preordered Items

Preordered items are not currently in stock. We first place an order with our supplier and receive the items before shipping them to you. The processing time for all preorders is 10–21 business days (Monday–Friday). As soon as your preorder arrives, you will receive an email with your tracking number, and the item will be shipped out the next day.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

On-Hand Items

On-hand items are available immediately and will be shipped the next business day after your purchase. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Please Note

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it. If any issues occur during transit, please contact the mail carrier directly.
Ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Shipping delays may occur occasionally and are outside of our control. If a delay affects your order, we will notify you by email.
